Research provides hope for simple treatment of obesity and diabetes  

Note: There is a simplicity in following a healthy lifestyle. Exercise at least every other day, eat a diet that is based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes, if you eat animal foods make sure that they are raised in a manner that is as close to their natural life as possible (e.g. range fed beef; wild, not farm raised fish, etc.), take daily, high quality vitamin, mineral and fatty acid supplementation, and use herbs and spices. Of course avoiding negative choices is important as well. This can be a challenge in the beginning, but after a while, this becomes simply the way that you live, and your life can become art. And doing so dramatically decreases the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, depression, and probably a host more of painful and debilitating conditions.

Following just a few simple rules regarding moderate exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle can ensure weight control and lower the risk of disease, say the world's leading researchers on obesity.
