U.S. Racking Up Huge "Sleep Debt"

Note: Most of us are far more stressed than we know. The adrenal stress hormone, cortisol, can get way out of balance leading to fatigue in the morning, and feeling tired/wired at night. It is vital for health and well being that this be controlled. Fortunately it is possible to balance this out with proper nutrition and herbs. Email me if you'd like more information about this. DocG.

Sleep experts say the average adult requires seven to eight hours of sleep per night. Anything less may harm their health. Sleep deprivation could affect mental alertness, impair the immune system, and even increase the risk for diseases like diabetes.
