Carotenoids May Ward Off Prostate Cancer 

Note: Beta Carotene should never be taken alone. Check your multi-vitamin formula to see if it contains mixed caratenoids. If not, find another brand that does. Feel free to contact me for suggestions.

Dietary lycopene and other carotenoids may protect against prostate cancer, Australian and Chinese researchers report. This is the first time such findings have been reported in an Asian population, investigator Dr. Andy H. Lee told Reuters Health.
